Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Rights
The content of love-unlimited.org and love-unlimited.org is protected by Dutch and international copyright law and, where applicable, by other intellectual property rights.
The content of these websites includes, among other things, texts, articles, Bible studies, publications, photography, images, illustrations, graphic designs, logos, brand identity elements, videos, audio material, downloads, data files, page layouts, selections, adaptations and the compilation of the websites.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in relation to specific material, the copyrights and other applicable rights are held by Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries, by an affiliated rights holder or by a third party from whom Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries has obtained a valid licence.

Original Photography and Visual Material
Original photographs and other original visual works created by or for Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries, and the rights to which belong to the foundation, are exclusively protected by copyright.
These photographs and visual works may not, without the prior written permission of Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries, be:
- copied, downloaded or stored other than for normal personal use of the website;
- republished or communicated to the public;
- shared through other websites, social media, newsletters, publications or presentations;
- edited, cropped, filtered or otherwise altered;
- used for commercial, church-related, journalistic, educational, promotional or fundraising purposes;
- included in a database, image bank, template, dataset, archive or training file;
- used for the development, training, fine-tuning, evaluation or enrichment of artificial intelligence systems;
- or supplied or sublicensed to third parties.
Attribution, acknowledgement of the source or a link to the website does not replace permission. Non-profit use or use by a church, ministry, foundation or charitable organisation is not automatically permitted either.
Permission is valid only when it has been granted in advance and in writing by Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries. Silence, previous tolerance or the absence of a technical copy-protection measure does not constitute permission.
Stock Material from Envato Elements
Certain photographs, illustrations, video footage, stock footage, graphic elements and other materials on the websites originate from Envato Elements.
The copyright in these individual stock materials remains with the relevant creator or other rights holder. Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries uses these materials under a valid, non-exclusive licence for the relevant website project.
The presence of stock material on our websites does not grant visitors any independent right to copy, download, reuse, distribute or republish that material.
The licence held by Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries is personal and project-specific. It cannot be transferred to or assumed by visitors or other third parties. Anyone wishing to use a stock photograph, video or other Envato material themselves must obtain their own valid licence directly from Envato Elements or the relevant rights holder.
Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries does not claim ownership or exclusive copyright in the original, individual Envato Elements files.
Material Generated through Envato Elements AI
Part of the visual material may have been generated or edited using AI features provided by Envato Elements.
For the AI-generated elements of such output, Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries holds the usage rights arising from the applicable Envato terms. These rights may include, among other things, a non-exclusive, commercial, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual right of use, insofar as the material has been incorporated into a larger end product in accordance with the licence terms.
Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries does not claim that the underlying, unedited Envato AI output is the exclusive property of the foundation where the applicable Envato terms do not permit such a claim.
Where Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries has created an independently protected end product through human creative choices, selection, composition, textual additions, design, post-processing or combination with other materials, all rights relating to that end product are expressly reserved.
Third parties are not permitted to extract AI material or composite end products from our websites and reuse them separately.
Material Generated through ChatGPT or OpenAI
Certain images or other materials may have been generated or edited with the assistance of ChatGPT or other OpenAI services.
Insofar as permitted by the applicable terms and legislation, the rights assigned to Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries in relation to such output belong to the foundation.
Because the legal protection of works generated entirely by AI may depend on the specific human creative contribution and the applicable law, Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries claims copyright in such materials only insofar as that right validly arises.
Regardless of whether each individual AI element is independently protected by copyright, it is not permitted to copy or commercially exploit the website, its pages, composite designs, adaptations, selections, texts, brand identity or composite visual end products without permission.
Any similarity between an AI-generated image on our websites and other AI output does not in itself prove that material has been copied or that copyright infringement has occurred.
Texts, Articles and Teaching
All original texts, articles, teaching materials, descriptions, policy documents, downloads and other written content of Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries are protected by copyright.
It is not permitted to copy, translate, adapt, republish, present as one’s own work or commercially use this content, in whole or to a substantial extent, without prior written permission.
Short quotations may be permitted insofar as they fall within the statutory limits of the right to quote, serve a demonstrable and legitimate purpose, are proportionate in extent to that purpose, and clearly identify Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries and the relevant author as the source.
Reproducing an entire article, an entire image, an entire study or the essence of a publication does not qualify as a short quotation.
Logos, Names and Brand Identity
The names, logos, figurative marks, slogans, designs and brand identity elements of Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries and its initiatives may not be used without prior written permission.
In particular, it is not permitted to use our name, logos or designs in a way that creates the impression of cooperation, approval, sponsorship, representation or another official relationship where no such relationship exists.
This Copyright Notice does not grant a licence to trade names, trademarks, domain names, logos or other distinctive signs.
No Implied Licence
Viewing the websites or the availability of material through a web browser does not grant any ownership right, copyright, licence or other right of use, apart from the limited right to view the websites for normal, personal and lawful use.
The technical ability to download, store, copy or share material does not mean that doing so is legally permitted.
No right of use arises through silence, the passage of time, previous tolerance, the absence of a watermark or the fact that a file can be found through a search engine, social media platform, cache, archive service or another website.
Reservation of Rights for Text and Data Mining and AI Training
Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries expressly reserves all rights in relation to text and data mining, automated data collection, scraping, crawling, dataset creation and the use of its protected material for the training, development, fine-tuning, evaluation or operation of artificial intelligence systems.
Insofar as the law provides a possibility to reserve rights relating to text and data mining, that reservation is hereby made expressly and in the broadest form permitted by law.
Without prior written permission, it is not permitted to retrieve, systematically collect, reproduce, analyse or include protected content from our websites in a training or reference dataset by automated means.
This reservation also constitutes an express objection to commercial reuse and to inclusion in generative AI systems, search indexes that display more than is technically necessary for ordinary discoverability, image generators, language models and similar systems.
Requests for Permission
A request for permission to use material must be submitted in advance by email to:
The request must state at least which material is to be used, for what purpose, in what context, through which media, for what period, in which geographical area and whether the use is commercial or for fundraising purposes.
Permission is granted only once Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries has expressly confirmed it in writing. Permission may be subject to conditions, restrictions, attribution requirements and a licence fee.
Notification of Alleged Unlawful Use by Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries
Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries respects the intellectual property rights of others. Anyone who reasonably believes that material on love-unlimited.org or love-unlimited.org is being used without valid permission may submit a written and sufficiently substantiated notification to:
A notification must be sufficiently specific and verifiable to establish both the allegedly protected work, the claimed rights holder and the disputed use.
The notification must include at least:
- the full name, address and contact details of the person submitting the notification;
- a statement confirming whether the person submitting the notification is the rights holder or is acting on behalf of the rights holder;
- where the person submitting the notification acts on behalf of another party, evidence of a current and sufficient power of attorney or authority to represent that party;
- an accurate description of the original work in which rights are claimed;
- the exact URL of each page on which the disputed material allegedly appears;
- a clear identification of the specific material to which the notification relates;
- verifiable evidence of authorship, ownership, assignment, exclusive licence or other authority to submit the claim;
- information concerning the original creation date and first publication, insofar as available;
- and a statement that the information provided is truthful and that the person submitting the notification believes in good faith that the use has not been authorised by the rights holder, a licence, the law or a statutory exception.
Additional Information for Material from Stock Platforms
Where the relevant material has, according to the person submitting the notification, been offered through a stock platform, image bank, agency or other licensing service, the notification must also include, insofar as available:
- the name or names of the original photographer, artist, illustrator, video creator or other creator;
- the name or username under which the creator or provider was registered on the relevant stock platform;
- the full title or titles under which the material was offered;
- the item number, asset ID, catalogue number or other unique identifier;
- the name of each relevant stock platform;
- a direct reference to the original or archived listing page;
- and evidence that the person submitting the notification is actually entitled to exercise the rights in relation to the relevant stock material.
Where different names, titles, accounts or versions have been used, these must also be stated. The information must be sufficient to enable the material and its licensing history to be investigated reliably.
Evidence of Rights Ownership
A general assertion that an image is “owned” by the person submitting the notification, an unsupported invoice, an automatically generated claim letter, a screenshot of a search result, a reverse-image-search result or the mere fact that the same or similar material appears elsewhere online does not in itself constitute sufficient evidence of copyright ownership or representative authority.
Depending on the circumstances, Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries may request, among other things, original source files, RAW files, unpublished versions, original metadata, a demonstrable publication history, assignment agreements, licensing agreements, statements from the creator, stock-platform account details or a verifiable chain of title.
A collective management organisation, image agency, debt collection party, lawyer or other representative must be able to demonstrate that it is specifically authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder in relation to the relevant work and the relevant use.
Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries is not required to provide confidential account details, complete subscription agreements, payment information, internal records or unredacted licensing documents solely because they have been requested.
Where a claim has been sufficiently substantiated, Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries may, at its own reasonable discretion, provide relevant licensing information, redact personal or confidential information, have the licence verified directly by the relevant provider or offer another appropriate method of verification.
Incomplete, Generic or Automated Claims
Notifications that do not make sufficiently clear which work is being claimed, who the rights holder is, the basis of the authority of the person submitting the notification or where the allegedly unlawful use occurs will not be treated as sufficiently substantiated copyright claims.
Such notifications may remain unanswered or be placed on hold until the missing information has been provided.
Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries is not required, solely on the basis of a generic, speculative, automated, intimidating or insufficiently verifiable claim, to immediately remove material, produce a licence, acknowledge liability or pay compensation.
The person submitting the notification may be given the opportunity to supplement it within a reasonable period. The absence of immediate removal or substantive acknowledgement may not be interpreted as unwillingness to investigate a genuine and properly substantiated claim.
Claims that are manifestly unfounded, misleading, fraudulent or repeatedly submitted without sufficient grounds may be rejected. Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries reserves the right to recover damages and reasonable costs where a party knowingly provides incorrect information, falsely presents itself as the rights holder or abuses a claims procedure.
Assessment of a Claim
After receiving a sufficiently substantiated notification, Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries will investigate the claim on a reasonable basis.
During the investigation, the foundation may temporarily make the material inaccessible, replace it or leave it in place, depending on the plausibility and urgency of the claim. Temporary removal or alteration does not constitute an acknowledgement of infringement, liability or damage.
Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries may request further information from the person submitting the notification, the alleged creator, Envato Elements, OpenAI, a stock platform, a licensor or another party involved.
Where it becomes apparent that the use cannot be sufficiently justified, Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries will take appropriate measures. These may include removal, replacement, additional attribution, obtaining an additional licence or another reasonable solution.
Where the available information demonstrates that the material is being used lawfully, the claim may be rejected with reasons.
No Advance Acknowledgement of Liability
Correspondence concerning a copyright claim, the investigation of a notification, the disclosure of limited licensing information or the temporary removal of material does not constitute an acknowledgement of liability, unlawful conduct, damage, an obligation to pay or the validity of the claim.
Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries reserves all rights and defences in relation to every notification.
Infringement of the Rights of Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries
Where protected material belonging to Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries is used without permission, the foundation reserves the right to demand its removal, require that further distribution cease, request information concerning the extent of the use and claim compensation for actual damage suffered and reasonable costs.
Removal of material after an infringement has been reported does not automatically eliminate any liability for prior use.
When assessing damages, Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries may take into account, among other things, the nature, duration, extent, context and commercial value of the use, the customary licence fee and any additional damage.
Statutory Exceptions
Nothing in this Copyright Notice is intended to prohibit use that is expressly permitted under mandatory applicable law.
Anyone relying on a statutory exception remains responsible for determining whether all conditions of that exception have been satisfied.
Applicable Law
This Copyright Notice and disputes concerning the use of material from love-unlimited.org and love-unlimited.org are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
